Shop Setup

Onboarding creates your shop and saves your initial settings.

What you set during onboarding

Shop identity: shop name and description.
Categories: add categories early (products require at least one category).
Contact: WhatsApp/contact details and your M-Pesa number.
Branding: logo upload (used in the shopfront).
Shipping: choose initial shipping preferences and refine later in Shipping Settings.

One shop per vendor account

If you need more than one shop, use a separate vendor account for each shop.
