Shipping Settings

Configure shipping methods and rates.

Manage shipping in Dashboard → Shipping.

General settings

• Enable shipping: when disabled, customers won’t get calculated rates at checkout.
• Default shipping method: flat, region (county), or location (neighborhood/area).
• Free shipping threshold: if set (KES > 0), orders above the threshold get free shipping.

Shipping rate types

• Flat rate: one price for all locations.
• Region-based: different price per county.
• Location-based: different price per neighborhood/area (within a county).
