Buying Guide (Customers)

Checkout steps
- Open a shop and browse products.
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Log in/register to continue checkout (orders are associated with your customer account).
- Enter shipping details (address + county; neighborhood/area may be required if the shop uses location-based rates).
- Choose a payment method (M-Pesa, or Cash on Delivery if enabled by the shop).
- Place your order and complete payment if prompted.
Payment methods
M-Pesa is available at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only if the shop has Pro features enabled.
If M-Pesa prompt fails
Checkout provides a manual Paybill option where the customer pays using the shop slug as the account number and then submits the transaction code for verification.
