Affiliate Policy

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must be approved by NeoMali. We may require identity, payment, and contact verification before enabling payouts.

2. Referral Attribution

Referrals may be attributed via an affiliate link (e.g. a ?ref= parameter) or an affiliate code entered during checkout. Attribution is generally locked at signup and may not be changed after a merchant’s first successful paid subscription.

3. Commission

NeoMali pays a commission equal to 10% of the gross subscription amount for each successful paid subscription payment made by a referred merchant, for up to 12 months from the referred merchant’s first successful paid subscription.

• Commission accrues only after we confirm the subscription payment was successfully completed.
• Refunded, reversed, or charged-back payments are not eligible for commission (and may be deducted if previously credited).

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed periodically, subject to minimum thresholds and verification checks. NeoMali may delay or withhold payouts where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal/compliance concerns are reasonably suspected.

5. Marketing and Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with NeoMali when promoting NeoMali, and must not use deceptive, misleading, or unlawful marketing practices.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Self-referrals or attempts to manipulate attribution.
• Spam, impersonation, or misleading claims about NeoMali pricing/features.
• Any activity that violates NeoMali Terms of Service or applicable law.

7. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and statutory obligations. NeoMali may request tax-related details where required.

8. Changes and Termination

NeoMali may update this policy or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time. Material changes will be published on this page.
